Entrepreneurship
The Entrepreneurship Business Divisions is established with the purpose to develop and grow entrepreneurs in the country whilst building the entrepreneurial community locally and globally. Our objective is to elevate the entrepreneur eco-system by synergising new and established entrepreneurs along with investors to create a healthy sustainable economy. We strive to help budding entrepreneurs by enabling them to create opportunities and nurture their business ideas towards commercialisation.
Overview
We provide our clients customised solutions on addressing entrepreneurship mindsets as well as simulated experiences on starting and running their own business.
Our customised solutions are designed to develop fundamentals of personal, leadership, functional & business skills to master the capacity of identifying, building and running a business. Our courses are structured to specifically allow our clients to learn through experiencing real life situations and challenges.
Course Outlines
Camp Sessions are one of the highlights of the course outline. There will be 2 camp sessions throughout the course:
Team Building & Leadership Camp - Focused on essential traits consisting team building, communication skills and effective time management. Fundamental personal & leadership skills will be introduced to participants during this camp. Participants will also learn how to start being a team player in an interactive and dynamic environment.
Business Proposal Camp - This camp focuses on individuals producing a strong and commercialise-able business plan for their business. By the end of this camp, participants will have a viable and commercialize able business plan. A session of common leaders' practices will also be introduced in this camp.
CEO Round Table - The CEO Round Table enables participants to network and get to know key leaders in the industry.
Learning Through Experience Field Trips - Field trips will be conducted and participants will be brought for site visits to MNC/SME companies (i.e factories, theme parks) for them to learn through experience about how businesses operate and managed. This will help participants understand the intricacies entailed in an enterprise or company.
Community Drive - Participants are given a community driven project where they work in teams and collaborate with other social NGO's (i.e WWF, The Earth Saviours) or community service centers to organise and execute a project for a social cause. This is to cultivate social entrepreneurship amongst individuals by contributing back to the larger community. An effort seen minute but rudimentary to every entrepreneur's journey.
Make Or Break - Case studies are provided to the participants to analyse. Focus groups will be held to discuss the successes and failures in businesses or corporations.
Entrepreneurial Minds - Creativity & innovation think tank. Participants are thought to think as an entrepreneur by being one. Collaborating with corporations, participants will be required to be involved in solving the current problems that the company is going through.
Practical Practice Program - In this module, participants are given challenges and tasks to complete based on the set of mastery skills they acquired. The projects and challenges are tailored for 3 different levels.
RECAP Sessions - At the end of every month participants are required to do a short presentation and have group discussions on what they learnt(from classes/projects/books/camps) throughout the entire month.
