The Leaderonomics Learning Model
The Leaderonomics learning model emphasises four key areas of a learner's growth and development for successful leadership. This model was designed and developed through years of research by Roshan Thiran who interviewed more than 500 leaders across industries and generations before identifying key similarities and correlations between these successful leaders.

Our learning programmes in Leaderonomics (from corporate training to youth learning programmes) ensure that each mastery area (personal, business/domain, functional and leadership) is addressed and emphasised.  For more details on our learning model, refer to our blog posts of the learning model.
