Building leaders is a process. This is the 'science' of building and developing leaders in all parts of society, including family leadership, corporate leadership, and even leadership among youth and kids.

We have found that teachability and constant learning, are at the core of effective leadership. In our quest to understand the 'science of building leaders', we continuously study patterns and practices of Leadership in many different arenas.
