Ever heard of game-based learning? It is where games contribute to the intrinsic aspect of an individual’s learning process (eg. the development of problem-solving skills). Traditional game-playing or rather, traditional learning on the other hand, focuses on the extrinsic factors (eg. target skills such as multiplication). Confused?
