			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Muhammad Yunus is a man of many talents. Born and raised in Bangladesh, he grew up to be a banker, economist and Nobel Peace Prize recipient. In his previous career as a professor of economics, Muhammad Yunus has developed the concepts of microcredit and microfinance &#8211; types of loans that were given to entrepreneurs that were too poor to qualify for the traditional bank loans system. Muhammad Yunus received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006 for their efforts through microcredit to create economic and social development from below.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Marco De Marco is full-time professor of Organization and Information Systems at the Università Cattolica in Milan. He also teaches the Business Organization course at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. Before embarking upon his academic career he worked as a research engineer and product planning manager in the aerospace (Boeing) and computer (IBM, GE, and Honeywell) industries. He is the author of four books and numerous essays and articles; mainly on the development of information systems and the impacts of technology on organizations. He is a member of the editorial board of several academic journals. Marco In 2008 and 2009, he was a Board committee member of the Association for Information Systems, representing Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His main research interests have included information system development and performance measurement methodologies, while bank information systems and their specificities were a particular study and focus. At ICIS 2010 he was awarded the AIS Fellow prize for his contribution to the IS discipline.</p>

He is currently the Executive Chairman and CEO of SilkRoad Equity, a private investment firm, and founded Platinum Technology in 1985. He founded or cofounded Blue Rhino Corporation; Primo Water; SilkRoad technology, Inc.; DBMS, Inc.; the House of Blues; SolidSpace, Inc.; onramp Branding; MissionMode and InterAct 911 Corp. Platinum technology was sold to Computer Associates (CA) in 1999 for $3.5 billion, a record at the time for a software company. He is the third Malaysian men&#8217;s singles shuttler after Rashid Sidek and Roslin Hashim to achieve such a ranking (since official rankings were first kept in the 1980s), and is the only Malaysian shuttler to hold the ranking for more than two weeks. Lee is a silver medalist in both the 2008 and the 2012 Olympic Games.</p>
