Here are some key takeaways from our exclusive interview with Batman:

  • Take your time to reflect and find your identity and your purpose in life.
  • Invest in a good research and development team to push for innovation and technology.
  • Hire the right (and new) talent to do what is needed in a business so you can focus your time and energy on more critical tasks.
  • It’s important to have incredible mentors as a guiding force to where you are going in your life.
  • Your greatest fear could either be your biggest weakness or your biggest strength. Choose the latter.
  • It’s easy to be a superhero with a superpower. To be a superhero without a superpower is the mark of a true hero.
