Swing dance is a passion to some, a hobby to others.

According to swing dance enthusiast, James Lee, life itself is very much like dancing. Lee, who is part of the Leaderonomics Digital Learning team, shares five key lessons that you can take away from the dance floor and apply to the rest of your life.
