1. A report by the Malaysian Employers Federation reveals that Hong Kong retained their No.1 spot from 2011 to 2012 in the International Competitiveness Index 2012.

2. According to the Malaysian Employers Federation, Malaysia dropped  from 16 to 14 in the International Competitiveness Index 2012.

3. Malaysia’s productivity growth is high compared with other countries in the region but productivity levels are low as there is a mismatch between labour demand and supply, according to the Malaysian Employers Federation.

4. According to the American Psychology Association, 51% of employees say they were less productive at work as a result of stress.
