She has many years in organisation design, talent management, learning & development and employee experience across varied industries: technology, media, retail, manufacturing, energy, automobile, BFSI and ASEAN start-ups. Off-late she has been conceptualising a holistic learning product to transform the employee learning experience. She is passionate about holistic well-being & mindfulness and is a trained yoga professional and wellness consultant.
