The launch was held in Alliance Bank’s headquarters in Capital Square on Jan 16 and was attended by Alliance Bank’s newly appointed group chief executive officer Joel Kornreich, various personnel from the C-suite including Raymond Leung, group chief operating officer and Chew Siew Suan, head-group of human resources, the participants, their managers along with their mentors. Co-founder of Leaderonomics, Ang Hui Ming, was also present at the launch.
Alliance Bank’s aspiration of believing in its people and inculcating a culture of learning has led them to commit and invest in their talents to set them up for future success.
