One of the qualities of a great leader is the ability to listen. How well you listen can possibly impact the kinds of ideas that you invest in.

A good example would be the late Steve Jobs and how he was inspired to create the iPad as he actively listened to Bill Gates sharing his thoughts about the future of computing when they were interviewed together in 2007.
