We sometimes spend years looking for a good formula for success, then stick with it expecting to continuously yield the same results. But change is constant, and holding onto old, successful methods can be counter productive.

Today, we know of many leaders who resist change and make multiple excuses just to retain status quo. How apt that Albert Einstein once said:

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

Why not be the bigger person to learn to let go of situations, things, memories, attachments to people and even ourselves to move ahead and move forward?
