The late Michael Hammer, management author and former professor of computer science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), once said:
“When memories exceed dreams, the end is near.” “The hallmark of a truly successful organisation is the willingness to abandon what made it successful and start fresh.”
Are we holding on too tightly to past glories? And do we need to allow ourselves to dream more?
