An important trait of good leaders is that they never stop developing their brain. Some practices that have proven effective include eating foods that help keep us healthy (like prunes!), drinking lots of water and listening to Baroque music.

The case of the Mankato Nuns also demonstrates how a healthy lifestyle and an active intellectual life, can help us stay healthy and independent later in life.
