A few years ago, Leaderonomics partnered with Together We Can Change the World (TWCCTW) with the goal of building better leaders as well as raising funds for non-government organisations and community initiatives through the Malaysia Leadership Summit.

TWCCTW is an organisation of leading speakers from across the world, who volunteer their time and presence to help support the disadvantaged and contribute to transformative community initiatives.

Leaderonomics Group chief executive officer Roshan Thiran says:

“Everything rises and falls on leadership. We believe that when people are developed as leaders – when leaders get better – everything gets better. Leadership needs to be more than creating a successful organisation. It needs to be about being the positive change that the world needs.”

This year’s summit, which will be held on July 11 at the Setia City Convention Centre in Shah Alam, Selangor, brings together 10 international speakers who will share their insights on how leaders can better connect and collaborate with the people they work with and serve, and contribute to a better world, together.

They include Scott Friedman, a celebrated motivational humourist who will speak on The Best Way to Predict the Future is to Create it; Manoj Menon, a futurist and an authority on digital transformation who will cover Transformative Leadership in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution; George Walther, an authority on communication, who will share on Power Talking: Master Your Words for Maximum Connection, Collaboration, and Contribution; Mark Bayoud, co-founder of Anden and a passionate refugee advocate who will speak on One of a KIND Leader: Make kindness a daily practice in your workplace; and Paul Larsen, an accomplished personal transformation coach and speaker, who will touch on Connect, Collaborate & Contribute: Find Your Voice and Make a Difference!

Others are Rebecca Morgan, a leadership expert who will speak on Leadership Lessons from Silicon Valley – Leading to Make an Impact; Carolyn Rose Hart, the founder of Step Up Step Out who will impart her knowledge on Resiliency: Contribute and Serve with Clarity, Focus and Grace; Raju Mandhyan, a business leadership and innovation consultant who will present The Subtleties of Authentic Influence; Kim Underhill, an industrial and organisational psychologist who will touch on New Age Leadership: Connect, Collaborate, & Contribute; and Jana Stanfield, a platinum album singer and songwriter who will share on The Power of Contribution.

Maybank, Malaysia’s largest financial services group and the leading banking group in South East Asia, is the title sponsor for the summit which is themed Connect. Collaborate. Contribute. SP Setia Bhd, Malaysia’s leading property, infrastructure and business company, is the venue sponsor, while Tenaga Nasional Bhd, Malaysia’s largest electricity company, is the gold sponsor.
