What would you do if you had a major life-changing experience that leaves you unable to do what you used to do?
Take a cue from W Mitchell who said that when there are things you can’t do anymore in life, choose to focus on things you can do. In other words, focus on the strengths that you have rather than dwelling on things you don’t have.
Step back today and reflect on your strengths and improve on them.
