Are you happy? In conjunction with International Happiness Day (March 20), Andrew Chua, founder of Authentic Business Solutions, shares the seemingly elusive pursuit of happiness for our lives.

Chua shares his own personal life story in how, at one point of his life, he was experiencing immense unhappiness in his work, and how he rediscovered his true self to start making some drastic changes in his life. As a result, he left his high-paying world of international banking to do what he does now to help others find lasting happiness.

How do we initiate this process? How will we know we’ve found happiness? Chua, a faculty partner with Leaderonomics, gives us some insights into finding happiness (personal and at the workplace) through authenticity.
