“Leadership gift” does exist, but Eric Lau also believes that leadership can be developed. One of the leadership characteristics to success is – our character. Through a survey done by Eric, he discovers that many employers would hire people for their character because these employers believe that skills can be taught, but it is not always the same when it comes to character.
