How do you assess and identify to bring the right people into the organisation? How do you retain them?

The best organisations in the world have leaders from all levels of the organisations. The assessment and identification of these leaders can be done through talent management. However, one cannot simply hire people without sourcing and looking for the candidates’ attitudes and desire, their capacity to grow and develop as well as their cultural fit.

Organisations can help address the gap (of the individuals) that stands in between where they are now and where they should be in the future. This would help them accelerate to a certain level. The gap can be closed by conducting various individual development plans.
