At Leaderonomics, we believe that growing a person into a leader is a process that spans one’s entire life. Different elements need to come together at different stages of one’s life, in order to facilitate a person’s leadership capabilities.

A key element that needs to be introduced early in one’s life, is character. In this session, Eva Christodoulou shares with us about how this is important in one’s leadership development, and how education in all forms should strive to instill this important element alongside all the academic knowledge and other skills that it does.
