Compassionate leadership is a term that is increasingly rising in usage today. It stems from the research of mindfulness and is much needed in today’s climate where volatility, uncertainty, change and ambiguity (VUCA) is ever present.

What is compassionate leadership? What is its benefits? How can we practise compassionate leadership in empowering and leading people, organisations and communities towards greater success?
