The movie The Bone Collector, starring Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie was about a serial killer whose signature was leaving behind a piece of bone of his victim, to mark his accomplishment.

The Competency Collector is also a slot about becoming accomplished, but the focus will be on the types of competencies that new entrants into the workforce can accumulate in order to prolong the longevity of their careers.

It frames these competencies against current realities such as artificial intelligence and the ad-hoc nature of work, and offers tips on how to acquire these competencies in the early phases of working life.
