Ninety-seven percent of businesses are made up of SMEs (small- and medium-sized enterprises) and they make up 36% of the overall Malaysian economic GDP (gross domestic product).

By understanding the constraints SME business owners face at the various stages of their journey, we are able to develop a possible intervention that would help scale their businesses which would, in turn, create a more sustainable Malaysian economy.
