Leaders go through a cycle, knowingly or unknowingly. There always comes a time when leaders face a challenge, leaders ride through the storm, and learn from the experience. Before you know it, another wave of challenge comes their way again, and you go through similar processes.

These are the cycles you probably go through throughout your growth and development as leaders:

  • Changing mindset and attitude.
  • Gaining knowledge.
  • Applying the knowledge gained.
  • Building up competencies.
