One of them is – if you want to start a web business, you need to study the traditional way of doing business that we are trying to replicate. Also, identify the type of experience that we would like to give to our customers. Every business can be successful because of the experience that it offers to customers.

The key is to look at how traditional business works – look at what customers are buying, identify their frustrations and translate the good experience that they have into your online business.
