It has been proven that with gratitude policy, happiness level will increase by 25%. Not only that, research shows students will have more friends and achieve higher GPAs if they show gratitude.

Happiness should be a practice that we do, not a target. This is because happiness is about recognising and appreciating what we have in life.

How can we use gratitude as a business strategy? Business leaders should know that gratitude could help expand customers’ share of wallet.
