Jamie Andrew is a Scottish mountaineer who lost his hands and feet in a tragic mountaineering accident 19 years ago.

Undaunted by this setback in his life, Jamie continued to training for triathlons and became the first quadruple amputee in the world to have climbed The Matterhorn in Switzerland, the first to climb Kilimanjaro in Africa, the first to complete a Marathon and the first to complete an Iron Man Triathlon.

In this Raise Your Game session, he shares various leadership lessons that he learnt on his journey from hospital bed to mountain summit.
