The idea that quitting equates to failure or weakness is sorely misguided. It’s much better, we’re told, to grin and bear the struggles and carry on regardless—that’s the way to show strength. Except, it’s not.
Leaders today operate in environments in which strife is rife and, if left unresolved, could have severe implications for their organisation. But by encouraging a culture of forgiveness, leaders promote an organisation which looks to the future.
