Gregg Vanourek, co-author of Triple Crown Leadership, lecturer at the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship and the Royal Institute of Technology, shares that one needs to steel themselves in order to lead.

This is because there are a lot of pressures that sometimes do not fit with your values. Gregg explains how by standing up for these values, you will give courage to others to do the same.

Will you be the voice of one, to stand up in courage and to stand up for what you strongly believe in? It’s a thought worth pondering.
