The first phase of culture design is to set the standard. Beyond the vision, mission and values of the organisation, there is a need to translate the aspirational goals of the company into actual behavioural standards. Unless your culture hits the nuts-and-bolts of a mindset and behavioural shift, the transformation process is mere rhetoric.
