The Loneliness Experiment | Why It Matters

In 2018, BBC revealed the results of The Loneliness Experiment, a nationwide survey that asked 55,000 people over the age of 16 about their attitudes and experiences with loneliness. Loneliness is also experienced by leaders and employees in the workplace at various degrees. We may not be aware of how lonely the person in the next cubicle might be. Nick Jonsson, Co-Founder and Managing Director EGN Singapore and Author of Executive Loneliness, an International Best Seller - joins us this week to discuss share his insights on the topic of loneliness, why it matters and how leaders can emerge stronger from this difficult place. Nick also shares his story concerning his struggles with loneliness, how he overcame it, and how he helps those around him going through loneliness.
